Wannock and Willingdon are within walking distance of the South Downs. Farmland within a half mile of the bus stops. Access to the top of the downs can be gained via Willingdon Village (Butts Lane).
This list of businesses in the Wannock-Willingdon corridor has been compiled geographically from the north, Farmlands Way through Farmlands Avenue to Coppice Avenue which terminates at the shops in the Triangle. After the Triangle the shops at the bottom end of Gorringe Valley Road. This route is covered by the number 4 and 50 bus services. The service 126 (2 hourly service) passes by the Triangle/Gorringe Valley Road en-route from Eastbourne via Wannock Road to Polegate (High Street) before continuing to Alfriston and Seaford (see timetable).
